Well - there is good news about the revival of those going back to Church after the taking of the life of Charlie Kirk. Where sin abounds - grace abounds the more! God is always victorious!

I am writing this post to share with you some of the evils that our youth are being tempted with....we know there are so many but some of these evils are being invited by parents into their homes or the lives of their children without knowing the hidden dangers. I can only say that parents need to take time out for family prayer and private prayer so that the Holy Spirit guide them to the Truth and protect their children from the enemy.  In this day of technology and all the digital ways, there are so many ways  to  pollute our minds and hearts with these earthly evils which are so prevalent.

Please be aware that there is a movie that is coming out called "The Carpenter's Son". There is another movie that already came out called "Him". Both of these movies are blasphemous and should not be promoted or watched by ANYONE!

I truly believe that we are inundated with sin in the world due to the fact that the Catholic Church has and is not doing what God wants them to do.....live virtuous lives, practice the traditional Catholic Faith, and PRAY! (especially the Rosary). Because of all of this, those of us who are aware of this are held responsible for making reparation and praying all the more!

Below are a couple of videos of a Christian podcaster on YouTube named Taylor Alesia. If you have teenagers or grandchildren that could benefit from her videos; I highly recommend her because she promotes Jesus without a certain religion BUT articulates well the dangers of movies, music, fashion and trends. She is better received by the youth than this info coming from parents (unfortunately). She not only talks about these dangers but has pointed out at least on three videos that Gnosticism is the religion that so many are falling into because it is promoted in these movies. Gnostics have their own -- perhaps quite startling view -- : they hold that the world is flawed because it was created in a flawed manner. God is not looked upon as perfect and loving.

If you know of young parents and/or teens who are engaging in satanic entertainments and are complacent about it, please share this info.

What can we do? Always start with offering Latin Masses for those truly gone astray. Pray the Rosary for them. Place a Green Scapular in their possession (somehow: in apartment, car, clothing). They do not have to wear the Green Scapular but it must be blessed and someone must pray the prayer...."Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death."  (link below) Also recommended is to obtain the book written by Fr. Ripperger on "Deliverance Prayers" to pray these prayers for your loved ones. (link below) Pray to Our Lady and invoke the Precious Blood of Jesus for your loved ones.

May we pray for those led astray by the ways of the world...may they understand the Love in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!

This article is very interesting and gives hope to any Christian because it is a great analogy of how many times we feel trapped and that we believe there seems to be no way out. I received a copy of this open letter written for Pope Leo XIV by the American Tradition, Family, and Property (TFP). Please read the link below. You will see at the bottom of the letter all those who have also signed it.

Recent events at the Vatican — especially the so-called LGBT pilgrimage which included a sacrilegious rainbow cross — have left countless faithful Catholics deeply perplexed and concerned.

In response, the American TFP, along with 24 sister organizations around the world, issued an urgent appeal to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.

This respectful open letter asks the Holy Father to clearly reaffirm the Church’s timeless moral teaching and to protect the flock from wolves like Fr. James Martin and others who distort the TRUTH.

I invite you to read the full letter so that we may all know what we are to pray for and make reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Blessed Feast Day of the Holy Name of Mary! 

Today the Church celebrates the Memorial of the Holy Name of Mary, a feast that has its origins in Spain in 1513. Pope Innocent XI decreed that it be observed by the entire Church in 1683 following a victory of the Polish army against the Turks, who were besieging Vienna at the time. That victory effectively saved the West from Turkish conquest. The Polish army attributed the success of their campaign to Our Lady after they won the final battle on this date back in 1683.

May we give prayers of thanksgiving to the Eternal Father for giving us such a good and holy Mother! Star of the Sea is truly the best meaning of the name Mary! She is the one who guides us on this turbulent sea of life that we are traveling on. If we don't ask the "Star of the Sea" to guide us to the shore of Heaven.....to Her Son Jesus Christ.....it will be a very rough journey without Her!

Also, Mary would want us to mention the Holy Name of Jesus...God the Father exalted Jesus and bestowned on Him the Name above every other name, so that at Jesus' name every knee must bend in the heavens and on the earth and under the earth, and every tongue proclaim to the glory of God the Father: JESUS CHRIST IS LORD! The casting out of the devil in exorcism is always done in the name of Jesus!

Below is a short clip of Bishop Fulton Sheen giving us the three weapons against Satan. May we use them daily...multiple times a day in our practice of the presence of God!

Before I end this.....may we pray for the family of Charlie Kirk....his wife and two children that they may be given such holy peace and supernatural graces to go forward without his physical presence. I have been praying to Our Lady to be at his side at his particular Judgement before I found out that he spoke of our Blessed Mother (even as a Protestant). (Link below). May he rest in peace and may God richly reward him for the good he has done in his short life (which is more than many men who live into their 80's accomplish). God has allowed this tragedy and can make good of all things....may we pray for good to come from this sad and tragic event!

Mary, Star of the Sea and Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us!

Tomorrow is the birthday of our Queen and Mother. I am repeating some of the things I have written in the past on Her Birthday....and that is to give Her what She would want most! Our holiness! God has given Her all graces and this is not only for Her benefit but ours. She is the Dispenser of all of His graces. 

What can we sinners give to such a  beautiful and holy Mother? We can strive to please God - this will please Our Queen.  She wants us ALL TO BE HOLY! 

We know that we are all called  to strive to be holy. Our lives here are very short and therefore each day is a gift of God to grow closer to Him and to lead others to Him. Our part is to rid ourselves of all sin and to practice virtue. Our Mother was sinless and full of virtue, therefore, we can live in imitation of Her and ask Her for guidance on this road. God, Who by His grace, aids man in his efforts through actual and sacramental grace through the hands of Our Queen and Mother. Through prayer and frequenting the Sacraments, we can attain the helps that God wishes to give us in His love and mercy. He wants our perfection and union with Him more than we do.

St. Teresa of Avila stressed that many die in spiritual infancy because they do not desire to grow daily in holiness. It is not a common ambition to be a saint. We live in a world of indifference and tolerance. If we have even a tiny desire, it is easily destroyed by the slightest presence of our enemies: the devil, the world and the flesh. So should we desire such a thing? Should we think it is possible? Should we think it is wrong to be different than the average indifferent soul? Aren’t we created to love God above all things? The answer is – Holiness is for everyone and therefore attainable! 

Grace is made available by God to those who ask for it. It is very very sad to see the state of the Church today, all the way to the top! THE ENTIRE WORLD COULD BE SAINTS IF THEY JUST ASKED GOD THROUGH OUR LADY! What does it matter what others think or say. We are to live for God alone! We may even encounter a priest who says that our goals are set too high! The reality is that we are caught up in a world of indifference and coldness of heart. The world lacks heroes! Why did God choose St. Joan of Arc to lead the armies when she was only 14 years of age? Why did God make St. Therese of the Child Jesus a Doctor of the Church when she left school at age 15 and died at age 24? God’s ways are not our ways and He chooses the humble souls WHO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HIS GOODNESS!! 

St. Teresa of Avila says that we should have “Determined Determination” to be a saint. God wants it! It is for His glory! We must first seek the humility of Our Lady though – we must know that we are empty vessels without the grace of God to fill it. Everything is grace! Without it – we can do nothing – therefore – all glory belongs to God and we should always give it to Him in imitation of Our Mother who gives Him all glory!

Mary never committed a single sin, either mortal or venial, nor any voluntary imperfection, such as resisting an inspiration of grace, nor even any involuntary imperfection, such as acting without reflection. Mary had the constant thought of God before Her. When we sin, we lose sight of God. Mary found pleasure only in God. She never found any pleasure in anything whatsoever outside of Him.  Every sin is the result of an error, the thought of finding good or happiness where it is not. The graces of light made Mary see that true good and true happiness can be found only in God. Even when we know that the error is an error, we act upon it, because of the fickle character of our will. The graces of strength gave Mary’s will an absolute and unshakable direction toward the good.

Grace is the most important factor that raises the purity of Mary’s soul incomparably above that of man in the state of innocence or that of the most sublime angel. Therefore, because of Her purity, let us turn to Mary and ask the Dispenser of all of these graces to give each of us what it is that we need. May we turn to Her in our daily struggle for sanctity and ask Her to first give us humility and then the determined determination needed to keep battling against the enemy and to beg God for the graces through Her to be the saints that He needs in a world grown very very cold, indifferent and tolerant of evil. 

Let us ask Our Mother for graces on Her Birthday - as this will please Her the most!

I wrote the last post on remaining faithful to God's grace during these very trying times. Greetings in Jesus and Mary...

This post is needed today as we see more and more attacks on Catholic Christians (even within the Church). There is more and more NEWS out there about how the world is imploding....the church is imploding...our families are imploding.  What should be our action plan? We are to listen to St. Teresa of Avila who said...."because Christ has so few friends..we are to be good ones!" Now more than ever do we need to give God EVERYTHING! We are to keep the "practice of the presence of God" throughout our day. We are to make more Spiritual Communions than we have ever made. We need, of course, to go to Mass as frequently as we possibly can. I think all of us can be motivated with the knowledge of what we see all around us. The reasons are mounting each day.

We should all consider silencing the news of the world right now and give those few extra moments we get from that action to God. We do not know how much time we each individually have left on earth. We need to live like saints for the salvation of souls and for the glory of God. How sad the Heart of Jesus is to see so much evil and not enough souls giving Him 100% of their day. Below are two videos to help jump start this idea if you feel called to give God more than you are doing now.

​Also there is a PDF to print to help advance in ideas for yourself and your family taken from a fairly new website out of Ireland that I highly recommend. This man is trying to get married couples with families to become truly Catholic again. This is very heroic and he has good materials to watch to help us grow in the Faith (as well as a book to purchase).

May we pray to Our Lady of Sorrows, whose month we are now in to honor her sorrows. May we pray that She give us the grace to be the saints that Jesus wants us to be and to be the good friends that St. Teresa of Jesus was referring to.
