Greetings in Jesus and Mary... Today is the feast of St. Michael the Archangel. Do we believe in angels? Are they mentioned in Scripture? Did one appear to the Fatima children before the visits of Our Lady? Do we have a guardian angel?....Yes is the answer to all. And Yes we need to give thanks to God for such helpers...May we constantly invoke the angels to help us and may we make a habit of praying the St. Michael prayer today especially! Below is a story of a marine during the Korean War. It is believable because the wars are riddled with miracles. They are so beautiful to read about and share. I encourage all to find such books of Catholic war stories. We are presently in WW3 and we need all the encouragement we can get from past Catholic faith in miracles. Miracles can still happen if we just have the faith. This story is taken from the website....michaeljournal.org. St. Michael ...pray for us. Our Lady of Fatima....pray for us. St. Therese ......pray for us. Testimony of a US Marine during the Korean War What follows is a letter written by a young Marine to his mother while he was hospitalized after being wounded on a Korean battlefield in 1950. It came into the hands of a navy chaplain who read the letter before 5,000 Marines at a San Diego Naval Base in 1951. The navy chaplain had talked to the young man, to his mother, and to the sergeant in charge of the patrol. This navy chaplain, Father Walter Muldy, assured anyone who asked that this is a true story. This letter was read once a year in the 1960’s over a Midwestern radio station at Christmas time. Here is the letter: Dear Mom, I wouldn’t dare write this letter to anyone but you because no one else would believe it. Maybe even you will find it hard but I have got to tell somebody. First off, I am in a hospital. Now don’t worry, you hear me, don’t worry. I was wounded but I’m okay. The doctor says that I will be up and around in a month. But that’s not what I want to tell you. Remember when I joined the Marines last year; remember when I left, how you told me to say a prayer to St. Michael every day. You really didn’t have to tell me that. Ever since I can remember you always told me to pray to St. Michael the Archangel. You even named me after him. Well, I have always prayed to St. Michael. When I got to Korea, I prayed even harder. Remember the prayer that you taught me? “Michael, Michael of the morning, fresh chord of Heaven adorning, keep me safe today, and in time of temptation, drive the devil away. Amen.” Well, I said it everyday. Sometimes when I was marching or sometimes resting, but always before I went to sleep. I even got some of the other fellows to say it. Well, one day I was with an advance detail way up over the front lines. We were scouting for the Commies. I was plodding along in the bitter cold, my breath was like cigar smoke. I thought I knew every guy in the patrol, when along side of me comes another Marine I never met before. He was bigger than any other Marine I’d ever seen. He must have been 6’4” and built in proportion. It gave me a feeling of security to have such a body near me. Anyway, there we were trudging along. The rest of the patrol spread out. Just to start conversation I said, “Cold ain’t it!” And then I laughed. Here I was with a good chance of getting killed any minute and I am talking about the weather. My companion seemed to understand. I heard him laugh softly. I looked at him, “I have never seen you before; I thought I knew every man in the outfit.” “I just joined at the last minute,” he replied. “The name is Michael.” “Is that so,” I said surprised. “That is my name too.” “I know,” he said and then went on, “Michael, Michael of the morning ...” I was too amazed to say anything for a minute. How did he know my name and a prayer that you had taught me? Then I smiled to myself; every guy in the outfit knew about me. Hadn’t I taught the prayer to anybody who would listen. Why now and then they even referred to me as St. Michael. Neither of us spoke for a time, and then he broke the silence. “We are going to have some trouble up ahead.” He must have been in fine physical shape, or he was breathing so lightly I couldn’t see his breath. Mine poured out in great clouds. There was no smile on his face now. Trouble ahead, I thought to myself, well with the Commies all around us, that is no great revelation. Snow began to fall in great thick globs. In a brief moment the whole countryside was blotted out. And I was marching in a white fog of sticky particles. My companion disappeared. “Michael,” I shouted in sudden alarm. I felt his hand on my arm, his voice was rich and strong, “This will stop shortly.” His prophecy proved to be correct. In a few minutes the snow stopped as abruptly as it had begun. The sun was a hard shining disc. I looked back for the rest of the patrol, there was no one in sight. We lost them in that heavy fall of snow. I looked ahead as we came over a little rise. Mom, my heart stopped. There were seven of them. Seven Commies in their padded pants and jackets and their funny hats. Only there wasn’t anything funny about them now. Seven rifles were aimed at us. “Down Michael,” I screamed, and hit the frozen earth. I heard those rifles fire almost as one. I heard the bullets. There was Michael still standing. Mom, those guys couldn’t have missed, not at that range. I expected to see him literally blown to bits. But there he stood, making no effort to fire himself. He was paralyzed with fear. It happens sometimes, Mom, even to the bravest. He was like a bird fascinated by a snake. At least, that was what I thought then. I jumped up to pull him down, and that was when I got mine. I felt a sudden flame in my chest. I often wondered what it felt like to be hit. Now I know! I remember feeling strong arms around me, arms that laid me ever so gently on a pillow of snow. I opened my eyes, for one last look. I was dying. Maybe I was even dead, I remember thinking well, this is not so bad. Maybe I was looking into the sun. Maybe I was in shock. But it seemed I saw Michael standing erect again. Only this time, his face was shining with a terrible splendor. As I say, maybe it was the sun in my eyes, but he seemed to change as I watched him. He grew bigger, his arms stretched out wide, maybe it was the snow falling again, but there was a brightness around him like the wings of an angel. In his hands was a sword. A sword that flashed with a million lights. Well, that is the last thing I remember until the rest of the fellows came up and found me. I do not know how much time had passed. Now and then I had but a moment’s rest from the pain and fever. I remember telling them of the enemy just ahead. “Where is Michael,” I asked. I saw them look at one another. “Where’s who?” asked one. “Michael, Michael the big Marine I was walking with just before the snow squall hit us.” “Kid,” said the sergeant, “You weren’t walking with anyone. I had my eyes on you the whole time. You were getting too far out. I was just going to call you in when you disappeared in the snow.” He looked at me, curiously. “How did you do it kid?” “How’d I do what?” I asked half angry despite my wound. “This marine named Michael and I were just ...” “Son,” said the sergeant kindly, “ I picked out this outfit myself, and there just ain’t another Michael in it. You are the only Mike in it.” He paused for a minute, “Just how did you do it kid? We heard shots. There hasn’t been a shot fired from your rifle. And there isn’t a bit of lead in them seven bodies over the hill there.” I didn’t say anything, what could I say. I could only look open-mouthed with amazement. It was then the sergeant spoke again, “Kid,” he said gently, “every one of those seven Commies was killed by a sword stroke.” That is all I can tell you Mom. As I say, it may have been the sun in my eyes, it may have been the cold or the pain. But that is what happened. Love,

Greetings in Jesus and Mary! I hope everyone is enjoying the last few moments of summer sun....We in Northern Michigan are now into the high 50's and nights are seeing temps in the 30's. My garden is hanging on by a thread. I love gardening and I always love to pick weeds in order to clean out the intruders. I always think of the soul. The Carmelite saints would compare the weeds to the vices in our soul garden. The virtues are so difficult to cultivate and the vices grow like weeds with roots that are at times hard to pull out. I will miss gardening in the next few months. I thought I would share with all of you this information below. I know ALL OF US are hearing the latest buzz words....and they are not about viruses....they have to do with the "climate". Papa Bergoglio has been recruited (from the start) to be the chaplain to this initiative under the guise of "climate". His latest actions, words and ...encyclicals....all show that he is in on this new initiative of control (communism)..... hook, line and sinker! The sad part of this, is of course....he is working for the enemy and this is causing death, destruction and the taking away of all freedom....including that of loving and serving the One True God! Rosa Koire below was a great voice in sounding the alarm of United Nations Agenda 21 which is real and can be found on the United Nations website (PDF of Document in link below). She died of cancer very conveniently as we head into the great implementation of this world takeover. I encourage you to find more information on her than what I present to you below. Knowledge is critically necessary so that we know how to resist these plans and educate others. More importantly, we need to know that this is a battle....both physical and spiritual! Many Catholics and those outside of the Church will buy into this agenda. We need to also listen to our Mother Mary...She warned us of this world takeover and that it is a chastisement. The good news is that God can not allow this plan to happen COMPLETELY. GOD WILL INTERVENE! Keep all of this in prayer and remain vigilant and prepare physically and spiritually! Our Lady of Fatima ...pray for us! Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Yesterday was the day of The Seven Sorrows of Mary. What do we think was the greatest sorrow of Our Lady? The greatest sorrow was when she held Jesus taken down from the cross and shed tears of sorrow over the majority of souls REJECTING HER SON'S LOVE and STILL falling into Hell. Why? Because Her Heart was always perfectly united and still is perfectly united to the Heart of Her Son Jesus and His sorrow is the loss of souls even at the price of His Own Blood.....The entire population of humanity could be in Heaven if they only embraced the LOVE of the Most Holy Trinity in giving us the sacrifice of Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity .. JESUS on the cross. What are we to do today? We are to share this. We are to listen to our Queen and Mother and put on that Scapular so She can watch over you (the devil is tricky). Pray that Rosary and go to as many Latin Masses as you can before Papa Bergoglio takes them away. We are now at Papa Bergoglio....what is he up to. Reminder...St. Francis of Assisi predicted that a non-canonically elected Pope would BE A DESTROYER! We have him folks. No doubt about it. We need to pray for his soul and all the souls he is leading astray from the Heart of Jesus Christ..If this doesn't make the Heart of Mary weep...I don't know what does. She did warn us many times always with the message to pray the Rosary. At Fatima, She left us prayers of Reparation to be said before the Blessed Sacrament in Eucharistic Reparation as well as the Rosary and the message of Consecration to Her Immaculate Heart through the wearing of the Brown Scapular. We have remedies...We need to make them known and use them daily! Below are a couple of videos to show the devil's work against the creation of God on earth. May we pray to the Eternal Father to swiftly give us the means to come back to a renewal in the world and an era of peace with the Reign of the Immaculate Heart. Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of Peace, pray for us! Our Lady of Sorrows, we are sorry for your pain! We love you ! Tell Jesus we desire to love Him with our whole hearts, whole minds and whole souls! Please give us the graces necessary to be the love that is lacking in the world right now! GOD BE PRAISED! Bonus Video....
Greetings in Jesus and Mary... Blessed Feast Day of the Exultation of the Cross...the profound expression of the LOVE OF GOD! This is a day chosen by the Carmelites to offer a renewal of their commitment to the Carmelite Rule. A reminder that we are to embrace the cross with LOVE and follow Jesus and Mary.....always remembering that only those in the company of Mary stood at the foot of the cross....all the rest hid in fear. Love is the opposite of fear. Let us always remain in the company of Mary and in Her love for the cross! "We must remember that if all the manifestly good men were on one side and all the manifestly bad men on the other, there would be no danger of anyone, least of all the elect, being deceived by lying wonders. It is the good men, good once, we must hope good still, who are to do the work of Anti-Christ and so sadly to crucify the Lord afresh…. Bear in mind this feature of the last days, that this deceitfulness arises from good men being on the wrong side." --Fr. Frederick Faber, Sermon for Pentecost Sunday, 1861 Another good quote to confront the mess in the world and in the Church which we are witnessing is this....taken from Blessed Father Marie Eugene (also a video below) "You are not in the world to see evil, nor for you to be aware of its enormity, not even, properly speaking, to fight against it and to vanquish it. You are in the world to render witness to God, to the life of God, to render witness to His existence and to His strength, and become thusly, God's joy, a light for those who want to remain faithful." ......Blessed Fr. Marie Eugene of the Child Jesus Based on what we are witnessing before our eyes today, we need to focus on God and His greatness and not on the evil that abounds or we will not have the strength to endure WHAT IS TO COME! Let us remember, we are here for eternal life and therefore we need to prepare for that eternal life. As a Carmelite, we are to make reparation for the sins we see around us but to do it with great love for God and for His souls. As St. Therese stated.....we are to be the heart....the Love.....that the world so DESPERATELY NEEDS! May we live for God alone and love Him above all things by embracing the cross in order to win for God many many souls! May our Blessed Mother lead us to the Heart of Jesus WHO IS LOVE! Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Today, September 8th, is the Birthday of our Queen and Mother! I will repeat a message that was given a few years back....How do we find the right gift to give to Our good Queen and Mother when we are living in dark times. We are to remain in the Light of Jesus Christ and FIGHT against the devil, the world and the flesh....We can not give in to sadness nor lack of hope! We have God and we have His Blessed Mother to guide us to Him.... What then can we sinners give to such a beautiful and holy Mother on Her Birthday? We can strive to please God - this will please Our Queen. She wants us ALL TO BE HOLY! This is our resolution and our goal! Mary is such a humble servant of God that She will and does help us in this goal! It is the duty that God the Father has asked of Her. It is why He created Her without original sin- to bring us Jesus! Our holiness is what pleases Our Queen most! We know that we are all called to strive to be holy. Our lives here are very short and therefore each day is a gift of God to grow closer to Him and to lead others to Him. Our part is to rid ourselves of all sin and to practice virtue. Our Mother was sinless and full of virtue, therefore, we can live in imitation of Her and ask Her for guidance on this road. God, Who by His grace, aids man in his efforts through actual and sacramental grace through the hands of Our Queen and Mother. Through prayer and frequenting the Sacraments, we can attain the helps that God wishes to give us in His love and mercy. He wants our perfection and union with Him more than we do. St. Teresa of Avila stressed that many die in spiritual infancy because they do not desire to grow daily in holiness. It is not a common ambition to be a saint. We live in a world of indifference and tolerance. If we have even a tiny desire, it is easily destroyed by the slightest presence of our enemies: the devil, the world and the flesh. So should we desire such a thing? Should we think it is possible? Should we think it is wrong to be different than the average indifferent soul? Aren’t we created to love God above all things? The answer is – Holiness is for everyone and therefore attainable! Grace is made available by God to those who ask for it. What does it matter what others think or say. We are to live for God alone! We may even encounter a priest who says that our goals are set too high! The reality is that we are caught up in a world of indifference and coldness of heart. The world lacks heroes! Why did God choose St. Joan of Arc to lead the armies when she was only 14 years of age? Why did God make St. Therese of the Child Jesus a Doctor of the Church when she left school at age 15 and died at age 24? God’s ways are not our ways and He chooses the humble souls WHO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HIS GOODNESS!! This is the key phrase – Jesus I Trust In You! St. Teresa of Avila says that we should have “Determined Determination” to be a saint. God wants it! It is for His glory! We must first seek the humility of Our Lady though – we must know that we are empty vessels without the grace of God to fill it. Everything is grace! Without it – we can do nothing – therefore – all glory belongs to God and we should always give it to Him in imitation of Our Mother who gives Him all glory! Knowing this about Our Lady, who then can guide us most perfectly on this path to holiness? It is Mary, Our Queen and Mother. Mary never committed a single sin, either mortal or venial, nor any voluntary imperfection, such as resisting an inspiration of grace, nor even any involuntary imperfection, such as acting without reflection. Mary had the constant thought of God before Her. When we sin, we lose sight of God. Mary found pleasure only in God. She never found any pleasure in anything whatsoever outside of Him. Every sin is the result of an error, the thought of finding good or happiness where it is not. The graces of light made Mary see that true good and true happiness can be found only in God. Even when we know that the error is an error, we act upon it, because of the fickle character of our will. The graces of strength gave Mary’s will an absolute and unshakable direction toward the good. Grace then is evidently the most important factor and it raises the purity of Mary’s soul incomparably above that of man in the state of innocence or that of the most sublime angel before his admission to the Beatific Vision. Therefore, because of Her purity, let us turn to Mary and ask the Dispenser of all of these graces to show us the way to be holy. May we turn to Her in our daily struggle for sanctity and ask Her to first give us humility and then the determined determination needed to keep battling against the enemy and to beg God for the graces through Her to be the saints that He needs in a world grown cold, indifferent and tolerant of evil. Let us ask Our Mother for graces on Her Birthday - as this will please Her! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARY, WE LOVE YOU AS QUEEN AND MOTHER!! THANK YOU ETERNAL FATHER FOR GIVING US SUCH A QUEEN AND MOTHER! Our Lady, Mediatrix of All Graces, pray for us. Greetings in Jesus and Mary... September is already here! I have posted the image seen by Sr. Lucia because it is the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart of Jesus that will be our refuge during these trials. This is the month given to Our Lady of Sorrows and we can be assured that She is sorrowing!!! I have put a link at the bottom for a WARNING given for our times....similar to Akita and Fatima. The message is the same for us....Pray, Penance and Reparation. This could have saved us from the present sorrows if more listened......Prayer, Penance and Reparation WILL mitigate many future sorrows. TIME FOR PRAYER AND PENANCE..AND REPARATION...IS NOW!! The following prayer was given by Our Lady to Blessed Elena Aiello: Prayer of Maternal Refuge to be said with arms crossed....(found in video below) Queen of the Universe, Mediatrix of men to God, refuge to all our hope, have mercy on us. A Chastisement by fire is coming from Heaven for the sins of the world. This has been warned to us by Our Lady of Akita and by Our Lady to Blessed Elena. These messages stress Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by everyone and a daily Rosary to Our Lady is essential. Our Lady is the one who will crush the head of the serpent. This message below is actually quite comforting...knowing that God will intervene and stop the out of control crimes that are currently happening. It is our duty to PRAY to save souls so that many will be saved with our prayers as Our Lady has asked us. Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us!! Holy Angels and Saints, pray for us!! Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us! |
