Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... I hope and pray that this nation will truly get on their knees and truly thank God for all of His amazing blessings upon our families, the gifts He has given to the Church, and the blessings of this nation. We all see and know that it is this lack of thankfulness and a turning to sin that has led to the chaos we see today. Let us pray for our families and nation to turn back to God in order for Him to continue to bless us! Blessed be God Now and Forever! Holy Mother Mary....pray for us, our families, our nation, our world! BLESSED THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!

Greetings in Jesus and Mary... Hope all are well.....to start...tomorrow is the feast of St. John of the Cross which means that all Carmelites are asked to fast today in order to celebrate his feast! Update on Fr Dan, the priest that I had asked for prayers more than a week ago. He is doing better but still in the hospital...he came close to being released yesterday because he is no longer positive and his oxygen levels are better.....but suddenly they are keeping him for an infection and more testing. Please keep him in prayer that he may be home by this Thursday. Today would be a great day to start a Novena to Our Lady for the cause of the December 1st Supreme Court ruling on a case related to Roe v. Wade. (links below) I encourage you to not only pray a novena but also to check around your community and see if there are peaceful protests at local government buildings to also pray a public rosary. This is very efficacious! We have one local near here at noon on that day! I am posting a link below to the Novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal since we are near the feast day of Nov. 27th and many miracles have occurred. You may also choose to start an early (or long) novena in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I have also included a link regarding Fr. Ripperger's comment that "Satan's Time is Running Short". This is something all of us want to hear. It shows in the mayhem we see around the world....frantic choas going on everywhere because he knows time runs short! The most important part of this article is the comment he makes to all of us as to how to prepare...... Asked how laymen could prepare themselves “to really hunker down and engage in this battle,” Ripperger replied that Catholics ought to keep themselves “under Our Lady’s mantle, having a strong devotion to her, asking her protection.” Take care and God bless all of you through the prayers and intercession of our Good Queen and Mother! Greetings in Jesus and Mary... Well, we are halfway through November already. Yesterday was the feast of St. Gertrude who gave us a beautiful prayer to pray for souls - especially during this month of Holy Souls... (Below is taken from scripturecatholic.com) The St. Gertrude Prayer It was through Gertrude’s prayers that the Lord communicated with her. He promised her that every time her prayer is said devoutly, he would ease the suffering of 1000 souls, and release them from purgatory, welcoming them into heaven. Though those in purgatory can do nothing for themselves, they can and do, pray for those that pray for them. There are many references in scripture, concerning prayers for the dead. One of the more well known references comes from the Old Testament. “It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead, that they may be loosed from sins.” (2 Maccabees 12:43-46) The Prayer Of St. Gertrude Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in purgatory*, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family. Amen. *The original prayer was only intended for those that had died and were already in purgatory. It was later changed to include sinners that are still alive in the hope of helping them to avoid purgatory altogether. When To Use St. Gertrude’s Prayer Traditionally, November is an especially important month to pray for the dead. You should be offering the prayer at church, you may offer the prayer over a grave, or it could be included in the Mass service on All Souls’ Day, November 2nd. It could also be included as part of the celebrations of St. Gertrude’s feast day, November 16th. The prayer may be recited once to release 1000 souls or multiple times for many more souls. Marian Rosary Beads and 50,000 Souls If you would like to help free as many souls as possible, you can use the Marian Rosary of 59 beads to perform the Chaplet of St. Gertrude . How To Pray the Chaplet Of St. Gertrude The following process is a popular prayer cycle that is used while in prayer to St. Gertrude and the souls in purgatory. Use the following Prayers where indicated using your rosary beads. Step 1) starting at the cross: 1 x Apostle’s Creed 1 x Our Father 1 x Hail Mary once per bead x 3 1 x Glory Be Step 2) starting on the large bead or metal pendant: 1 x Our Father 1 x The Prayer Of St. Gertrude (listed above) once per bead x 10 Step 3) after the Prayer Of St. Gertrude on the 10th bead. Before touching the next large bead/metal pendant, recite the following: “Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, open the hearts and minds of sinners to the truth and light of God, the Father” “Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for the conversion of sinners and the world” 1 x Glory Be Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you reach the end of the Rosary. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * SPECIAL REQUEST MADE TO ALL THOSE WHO FEEL CALLED TO PARTICIPATE..... There is a priest who has contacted me with the following request for prayer... My name is Fr. Stephen Arabadjis. I am a member of the Society of St. Pius X. But I am in my 7th year of Sabbatical. Therefore, I was hoping your order could do a 54 day rosary novena for my intentions. But any prayers and sacrifices would be greatly appreciated. I know Our Lady will reward you generously for this. In Our Lady, Fr. Arabadjis There are many priests in need of our prayers. St. Teresa of Avila made it clear in her writings that we are to pray for the Church. Please remember this priest and all the clergy in our prayers now more than ever as the Church and the world are under amazing attacks. May Our Lady of Mt. Carmel help this priest and all those in great need. Please pray a special 54 day rosary for him and his needs. Thank you and God bless everyone through the prayers and intercession of our good Queen & Mother! Greetings in Jesus and Mary... Well- here in Michigan it is snowing where I am. Fall is coming to a close and it is time to winterize. There is much talk about a "Dark Winter". What that exactly means....we will soon find out. Please pray for a Father Dan. He is at a hospital with COVID and has no POA for his health care. ... no visitors...no REAL medicine...just Dr. Fauci protocol. Please pray that that will change - QUICKLY! I thought I would post a few things below but with the hopefulness of the fact that we are Consecrated to Our Lady and we daily pray the Rosary. We need to get close to Scripture and go to as many Masses as we can! Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, pray for us! Greetings in Jesus and Mary... I am sorry I have not written till today on Purgatory...my computer is giving me trouble and I am in the process of switching to a new one. I hope all of you have made your visits to cemeteries to pray for the deceased to obtain the indulgence given to us during the Octave of All Souls Day...which ended yesterday. Below is a reposting of some info I had shared in the past but is very needed for today. I pray you have a holy November praying for the souls that can also help us in return. Here are words spoken in the past regarding Purgatory that are always needed because so many do not understand it.... St. Francis de Sales, Doctor of the Church, says there are two invincible proofs of Purgatory. The first:- there are sins which are light in comparison with others, and which do not make man guilty of hell. If then a man die in them, what will become of him? Paradise receives nothing defiled (Apoc. xxi): hell is too extreme a penalty, therefore if it is not deserved by one’s own sins, it must then be understood that he will stay in a Purgatory, where he will be duly purified, and afterwards go to Heaven. When his soul is purged, he will go to Heaven, to be with the blessed. Of these sins the Wise Man speaks (Prov xxiv.): The just shall fall seven times a day: for the just cannot sin, so long as he is just, with a sin which deserves damnation: it means then that he falls into sins to which damnation is not due, which Catholics call venial, and these can be purged away in the other world in Purgatory. The second reason is, that after the pardon of sin, there remains part of the penalty due to it. As for example, in the 2nd of Kings, chap. xii., the sin is forgiven to David, the Prophet saying to him: "The Lord hath also taken away thy sin: now thou shalt not die. Nevertheless, because thou hast given occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme for this thing, thy child shall die the death." Purgatory is a great mercy of God and we are called to share in that mercy. We believe that we can help those in this purgative state. In St. Luke, in the 16th chapter, it is written "Make unto yourselves friends of the mammon of iniquity, that when you shall fail they may receive you into eternal tabernacles." To fail, what is it but to die? -and the friends, who are they but the Saints? The interpreters all understand that the departed can be helped by the saints. For in what other way can one understand these words: "make to yourselves friends who may receive you?" They cannot be understood of alms, for many times the alms is good and holy and yet acquires us not friends who can receive us into eternal tabernacles, as when it is given to bad people with a holy and right intention. We maintain, then, that we may pray for the faithful departed, and that the prayers and good works of the living greatly relieve them and are profitable to them. For this reason, all those who die in the grace of God, and consequently in the number of the elect, do not go to Paradise at the very first moment, but many go to Purgatory, where they suffer a temporal punishment, from which our prayers and good works can help and serve to deliver them. Whose prayers and good works are the most efficacious? Our Queen and Mother is the most powerful intercessor for the souls in Purgatory. How dear these precious children must be to Our Queen and Mother – Mary. Some saints tell us that She Herself visits them in their place of suffering. This must, indeed, comfort them. What great joy to see Mary and the maternal light of love in Her eyes. She comes to comfort them but it also likewise adds to their pain by causing them such grief when She must leave them and they cannot follow. Imagine the joy when the day finally comes when She takes that soul with Her back to Paradise! Saint Peter Damian, Saint Ildefonse, and Saint Frances of Rome assure us that it is the feast of the Assumption of Mary (Aug 15) on which the most souls are released from Purgatory each year. Moreover, Her role is especially confirmed by the Catholic Church’s teaching regarding the Brown Scapular given by Mary to Saint Simon Stock in 1251. Enrollment in the Brown Scapular and faithful living will draw graces from Mary in this life as well as the next. She will constantly keep watch over souls and lead them to Her Son. She delivers all those who faithfully wear Her Scapular from Purgatory! Saint Teresa received a vision in which the souls in Purgatory received a spray of cool water whenever the Holy Rosary is prayed for them. Saint Alphonsus Liguori, also a Doctor of the Church, confirmed that praying the Rosary is a great means to bring relief to souls in Purgatory. Saint Pio, when giving a Rosary to someone said, “Let us empty Purgatory.” Mary has a special and tender place in Her Heart for those who suffer most. Let us rely on our sweet and stainless Mother as an intercessor for our brothers and sisters being purified for the eternal happiness of Heaven. Let us say our Rosaries for those who have gone before us so that they may reach Paradise and in turn ask Our Mother and Queen to help us here on earth to reach our goal – Heaven! Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Blessed Feast Day to all!!! This is a feast to bring great hope to all of our weary souls. Fr. Hewko who I posted a talk from yesterday, has another for us today that was given by him yesterday. It is so beautiful for all of us that I will post it here for the feast of All Saints Day! Listen to it more than once...there is so much in this. It has so much about Fatima that it is pertinent for this website. May we live in great hope knowing that we are all called to be great saints and that now more than ever can we become these saints for the Heart of Jesus and His Church. Here is the talk.... done so well....Fr. Hewko is SSPX and I and all of you should all agree that if Archbishop Lefebvre did not stand by Tradition .... we would not be given the grace to be a part of the Latin Mass today ANYWHERE! This is not only about the Mass but about preserving the Faith! BEING FAITHFUL TO THE TRUE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST!! Our Lady of Fatima pray for us! All ye angels and saints, pray for us! |
