Greetings in Jesus and Mary... As all should know, the WHO just announced an international emergency with monkeypox and I am writing today to post the below links to inform all what the global plan is and to be prepared for more severe lockdowns and greater tyranny. Let us pray for God's grace to always do His Holy Will and to pray for souls...especially those of our families. Precious Blood of Jesus, protect us. Holy Mother Mary, pray for us to do God's holy Will!

Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... I pray all are well. We are coming close to the end of July which is dedicated to the Most Precious Blood of Jesus and of course for Carmelites...we remember the Brown Scapular and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. I wanted to place this article after the last article on the proposed elimination of the Latin Mass. In the Carmelite Order we have had the destruction of the enrollment of the small Brown Scapular for the faithful. Even in the Third Orders, we have problems such as only wearing their Brown Scapulars to their meetings and not on a daily basis....they are to wear the small one on a daily basis .. but are they? In the pre-Vatican II Third Order Carmelites, one was to wear the large scapular DAILY....makes perfect sense. We also have the few Carmelite friars dressing in secular clothing (like many diocesan priests) in their "free" time....is the small Brown Scapular worn under their secular shirts? We have a problem in the Carmelite Order. I have a copy of the Catechesis to the Brown Scapular in a link below (which I put in a word document to highlight but the link is noted if you want to go there...also....there is only a month ..no year...because they keep updating this). I have the original 2000 version in a booklet form and I am pretty positive that adjustments have been made to the web copy over these years because of complaints....even so, this catechesis still has holes in it that do not reflect the Traditional teaching on the Brown Scapular. Definition of humanism....Humanism is a philosophical stance that emphasizes the individual and social potential and agency of human beings. It considers human beings as the starting point for serious moral and philosophical inquiry. The meaning of the term "humanism" has changed according to the successive intellectual movements that have identified with it. Wikipedia If you read this catechesis, you can see the humanism that exists in it. The lack of belief in the supernatural and miracles. I will include quotes taken from the internet when I first discovered the Carmelite friars were shifting gears from the supernatural to natural,,,,these quotes have since been wiped clean off the internet. (Note: they were putting emphasis on the fact that it is better to look at Mary as our sister – not Mother who helps with supernatural graces but just to be imitated as an example.....this has since been corrected on the catechesis) THESE QUOTES ARE FROM THE TWO PRIESTS RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING THE CATECHESIS ON THE BROWN SCAPULAR............. QUOTES FROM - Fr. Sam Morello OCD Taken from [email protected] Topic – Brown Scapular The article starts out with “The Holy See had been anxious to have an update on the scapular from the Carmelites for years, especially since Vatican II. Well, an awful lot of work has been done on the project in Rome by friars of both Observances. The great historians Luigi Saggi, O Carm and Valentino Macca OCD had collaborated for some years to gather the basic historical facts and come up with a sound orientation for the future partial update of the scapular. “Both the Holy See and the Carmelites knew that it was time to set in place in relation to the scapular devotion what some theologians call the “Mariological correctives” of Vatican II. “ “The new catechesis presents the scapular more in the framework of our baptism in and allegiance to Jesus Christ. We wear the scapular as a reminder of our having “put on the Lord Jesus Christ”. (I add..... all good but it does not end there) FR. MCMAHON, O CARM Taken from Carmelite Spirituality – 7 Parts – Carmelnet.org Regarding the Future – Part 7 “…in much popular imagination Mary was becoming an alternative savior to her Son. This was particularly comforting to some whose Christology – influenced by a variety of heresies – emphasized a wrathful Christ ready to abandon the world He had redeemed and recall His mercy in favor of a divine wrath. It was as if the merits of the cross had suddenly run dry and the eternal sacrifice of Christ was no longer sufficient for redemption. In this ghastly sotierology it was now Mary who save the world by holding back the arm of her Son from visiting His anger upon us in a great cancellation of the new and eternal covenant in His blood. The scapular in this theological nightmare, was an escape hatch for a world destined en masse for hell…..The major question for us is not how do we recover the scapular, but rather how can we recover the best of Marian devotion of which the scapular is such an important outward sign. I think one of the challenges facing us with Marian devotion today is that people want Mary in her mediatorial role—they want her as intercessor, but they do not want a healthy and complete Marian devotion.” In conclusion (and there is more but it would be too long) and in defense of the Scapular and to please the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, we need to strive to restore the scapular to its original state. All of our sacred Tradition on the Brown Scapular must be preserved and passed on because it is necessary for the salvation of souls and to keep them from the clutches of Satan. May Our Lady of Mt. Carmel give all Carmelites the zeal and the love for souls in wanting to make known this Scapular that is afforded to them by Her hands. Added to the links below...I have added the advisor to Klaus Schwab of the WEF stating that we do not need God ....only humanism....Has God left us to our own devices because we no longer want the supernatural and no longer believe in God or miracles? REMINDER..Our Lady of Mt. Carmel came to Fatima on Oct. 13, 1917 to show us the Brown Scapular....it is a gift from Our Lady...as all gifts come from Heaven! Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us! Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for all priests!
Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... I pray all are well! I am sorry that I have been away at a time when the Church is being attacked from within. We had a family wedding this Saturday for my Godson Charlie and his now wife Kathryn...please pray for them to live holy lives for God alone and that they may lead each other to the Heavenly Kingdom! I know I have touched on the Latin Mass attacks in previous articles but it must be repeated.....THIS HAS HAPPENED all through Catholic history!! Whatever Satan deems a threat...he will attack...and we are at war with the enemy...ALWAYS! Of course until the end of time when Jesus Christ will come again and reign FOREVER! A time we should all live in anticipation for and a day that should bring great hope to our very troubling present days in the Church and in the world. Well, July 7th, 2022 marked the 15 year anniversary of Pope Benedict's motu propio giving ALL priests the right to celebrate the Latin Mass...any time and any where. It was such a celebration in the Church that I am sure it raised hairs for the modernists in Rome and around the world. On the Feast of Our Lady July 16, 2021, Papa Bergoglio cancels out Pope Benedicts decree by stating that NOW all priests must get permission from their own Bishop to continue offering the Latin Mass and of course there will be many denials. As we have stated before and as I have seen circulated, we deem Pope Francis a chaplain of the New World Order. Many know of the prophecy of St. Francis of Assisi that was just recently referred to by Anthony Stein on Return to Tradition. This prophecy speaks of a non-canonically elected Pontiff that would be a destroyer. This seems to fit. We can all pray for his conversion! Since Cardinal Cupich of Chicago attacked the ICKSP and told them that as of August 1st, they are to be no more in his diocese.......that means that not only is the TLM shut down, but that these ICKSP priests incardinated in the Archdiocese of Chicago are cancelled… faculties suspended. TOTAL WAR.....AND....we can be 100% certain that a domino of shutdowns of the Latin Mass EVERYWHERE will follow. This is all by design and endorsed by Rome. Already last Friday, Cardinal Wilton Gregory, who oversees the archdiocese of Washington, allows only three non-parish churches in the region to perform the Latin Rite. That means hundreds of Catholics who attend that type of Mass at roughly six parishes in the D.C. area — including St. Mary Mother of God — will be forced to overhaul their ritual or abandon their spiritual homes to attend the three locations in the area allowed to perform it. We must remain faithful knowing that this has happened before to the Mass...but never out of Rome. The evil forces were always outside the Church. This time period makes it more difficult to fight and more advantageous for our souls to win! This is a challenge to say the least! I have included a short story of St. Edmund Campion below in a link. He was faithful to the true Mass and to the true Faith! We know we are on the winning side and no matter what we have to endure, God is NEVER outdone in generosity! He will reward us for our faithfulness!! May we pray to Our Lady, Good St. Joseph and St. Anne and St. Joachim for perseverance and faithfulness to fight the good fight! God bless and keep praying and remaining in union with the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!
Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Blessed Feast Day to all!! Today we celebrate the feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. As Carmelites to the charism found on this website, we honor the wishes made known to us at Fatima. We pray the prayers of Reparation, we offer our First Saturdays, we pray the Rosary and wear our Brown Scapular in order for the Reign of Her Immaculate Heart to come to all souls so that She may bring Jesus to all of them. At Fatima, Our Lady asked the children to pray the Rosary each day for world peace and since Lucia claims that the Rosary and the Scapular are inseparable...we will mention both here in this article. the use of both of these sacramentals is a form of humility which Mary is our example. In today's world, humility is lacking and we need it to combat the pride of Satan. With the Rosary, our Lady conquered heresies, such as the Albigensian heresy, rampant at the time when Mary appeared to St. Dominic. At Lepanto in 1571, the Rosary helped in the greatest naval battle of history to date, the odds of the Catholic side winning were slim. Praying the Rosary forces us to humbly acknowledge that God continues to use our Blessed Mother to destroy the forces of the devil, and yes, the evil one himself. It is no wonder that Mary said to Lucy at Fatima, "Only Our Lady of the Rosary can help you." Wearing the Brown Scapular has always been associated with Consecration to Our Lady, which involves an undying commitment to spiritual and physical chastity. The Carmelite Scapular is a pledge of a pure conscience in the service of the Queen of Heaven, and a reminder of one's bodily commitment to purity whenever he or she should be "tested" When we undergo temptation, whether or not we give in, it is there as a reminder of our duty to keep us from failing in the expectations of Our Lord and Our Lady for us. If per chance we fail, it helps us to get up immediately, make an act of contrition and re-consecrate ourselves to Jesus and Mary. The Rosary and the Brown Scapular are gifts from Heaven to combat enemies of the soul. At Fatima, our Lady said that we were to stop sinning and repent and turn back to God as God was already too much offended. We will all one day know how many souls were saved from the fires of Hell because persons humbly accepted Mary's gifts and made use of them. At the miracle of the sun at Fatima on Oct. 13th, Our Lady appeared as Our Lady of Mt. Carmel with a Brown Scapular in hand and Sr. Lucia claimed that this meant that Our Lady wanted all to wear it and that the Rosary and the Scapular are inseparable. May we be faithful to the Rosary and to the Scapular in order to give glory to God, be obedient to Our Mother Mary and to win souls for Heaven!. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us! All ye Carmelite saints, pray for us! Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Today is the day before the feast day of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. Reminder, today is a fast day which is also a Friday! This year Our Lady's feast day falls on a Saturday which is a great blessing! God is good. There is so much to pray for and I try to balance talking about the trouble in the world with the trouble in the Church. Sad to say, both are escalating out of control. We know we are heading toward a chastisement as warned in Scripture and in prophecy. We need to be vigilant and we need to be obedient and always faithful to God and our dear Blessed Mother who was given to us by God to help us on this journey to Heaven. Below, I am copying an article recently found on Tradition in Action written by Atila Sinke Guimarães who is cofounder of that website. I love his writings and his insight. He is truly an educated, spiritual man with a heart for Tradition. I felt this article is needed today as we enter into some of the worst days in Church history by way of apostasy. This article gives clarity and we can only go forward with faith, hope and love in an Almighty God Who watches over His own. I hope you have a great day of reparation today and that this article will be light to the times we are living in. More coming tomorrow for Our Lady's Feast day. God bless all of you! Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us! Below taken from Tradition In Action, June 2022.........by Atila Sinke Guimarães THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION - There are discussions on the meaning of this expression – the abomination of desolation – used by the Prophet Daniel in this passage: “And he shall confirm the covenant with many, in one week: and in the half of the week the victim and the sacrifice shall fall: and there shall be in the temple the abomination of desolation: and the desolation shall continue even to the consummation.” (Dan 9:27). As far as I could verify, there are various interpretations normally accepted in the Church. One, the most frequent, is that the abomination of desolation is the presence of pagan idols in the Temple, which was dedicated to the glorification of the one True God. Another is that it refers to the Antichrist who will be in the Temple of God and profane it with his arrogance and blasphemies. Yet another – defended by the great commentator Fr. Cornelius a Lapide as the more appropriate – sees the realization of the predicted abomination in the destruction of the Temple by the Roman army of Titus. In that destruction Titus' soldiers smashed the Zelot insurrection of the Jews, killing them even inside the Temple, which later they would loot and burn to the ground. Regarding the first interpretation: In the Old Testament, it happened that after the time of Daniel's prophecy, a tyrant put an end to the real sacrifice in the Temple and replaced it with ceremonies to honor the pagan idols. Antiochus IV, indeed, did this and greatly profaned the Temple. The 2nd Book of Maccabaeus describes it eloquently: "But not long after the king sent a certain old man of Antioch, to compel the Jews to depart from the laws of their fathers and of God: And to defile the temple that was in Jerusalem, and to call it the temple of Jupiter Olympius: and that in Gazarim of Jupiter Hospitalis, according as they were that inhabited the place. "And very bad was this invasion of evils and grievous to all. For the temple was full of the riot and revelings of the Gentiles: and of men lying with lewd women. And women thrust themselves of their accord into the holy places, and brought in things that were not lawful. The altar also was filled with unlawful things, which were forbidden by the laws." (II Mac 6:1-5) We see that there are four elements that characterize this abomination:
Our Lord used the same expression when He told His Disciples the symptoms that would precede the end of the world. These were His words: "When therefore you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth let him understand." (Mt 24: 15) The ensemble of this Chapter 24 speaks of the symptoms that precede the establishment of this abomination. Specifically, they are:
After Our Lord gave the warning quoted above, He spoke of a great chastisement, comparing it with the Deluge and the End of the World. The comparison is useful to express the magnitude of the chastisement. However it is not clear whether He was speaking about the final days of the world or on a time before that would not be the end. In fact, before mentioning the abomination, He said: "But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world, for a testimony to all nations, and then shall the consummation come." (Mt 24:13-14) So, the general order should be:
The phrase "he that readeth let him understand" tells us that He was veiling something when He described the Second Coming. I suggest that He was veiling the Great Apostasy we have been witnessing in these last 50 years; he was also veiling the incomprehensible reality that this apostasy was directed by the six Conciliar Popes. In other words, I am proposing that the abomination of desolation is the presence of these Popes in the Holy Place: i.e., the Holy See and the Cathedra of Peter. To justify my suggestion, let me only consider what happened in this ending month of June, which should be dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and instead was dedicated to "gay pride." The papal glorification of this scandalous homosexual festival was made on June 22, 2022, when Pope Francis received a delegation of six "transgenders" from different countries at a public audience on St. Peter's Square. To be a secret homosexual is an abomination because it is to have the vice of sinning against nature. To publicly proclaim oneself a homosexual is still a graver scandal because it is a mockery of public morality, Natural Law and Catholic Morals. To make a surgery to castrate oneself and insert plastic breasts in one's chest - or the equivalent ablation of breasts and insertion of a plastic male genital for a woman - is a monstrosity because it is the apex of indecency added to a public proclamation of revolt against the nature God gave each one. I believe that this monstrosity of "changing sexes" is inspired by and closely linked to Satanism. Top, Francis greets a ‘transgender’; bottom, he honors Pachamama in front of the Altar of the Confession Now, a Pope is supposedly the Vicar of Christ and should represent His Moral Law. Instead, Pope Francis publicly received that group of "transgenders" in order to give those persons an official status before the Church and encourage them to disseminate their demonic examples and convictions. So, I suggest that this action of Francis characterizes the abomination of desolation in the Holy Place. Someone could ask: Why do you single out this particular action when we have seen Bergoglio doing so many other scandalous things? It is true. There are a multitude of other things done by the Conciliar Popes – and by Francis in particular – that show us that the ensemble of the post-conciliar era can be defined as the abomination of desolation in the Holy Place. Thus, I am not suggesting that the public reception of these "transgenders" is the only thing that characterizes the abomination, but it is, along with the enthroning of the Pachamama at the Vatican (here and here), and the official prohibition of the Tridentine Mass the three most spectacular ones. They bring to mind the descriptions in the Book of the Maccabaeus and the Gospel where Our Lord spoke of the abomination. Therefore, I am proposing that this can be the interpretation of those veiled words of Our Lord: "He that readeth let him understand." Greetings in Jesus and Mary... We are at war....like the last two world wars...they are started in small flames around the world before the whole world is engulfed in it. Satan is truly spreading its hate and destruction everywhere and we know that Our Lady of Fatima told us that wars are ALLOWED by God as a punishment for sin. Today is July 13th, the anniversary of the third apparition to the Fatima children in 1917. The Third Apparition — July 13, 1917 Mr. Marto, father of Jacinta and Francisco, says that when the third apparition began, a little grayish cloud hovered over the holm oak, the sunlight diminished, and a cool breeze blew over the mountain range, even though it was the height of summer. He also heard something that sounded like flies inside an empty jug. The seers saw the customary glare, and immediately afterward they saw Our Lady over the holm oak. Lúcia: What does Your Grace wish of me? Our Lady: I want you to come here on the thirteenth of next month and to continue to pray the Rosary every day in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary, in order to obtain peace for the world and the end of the war, for she alone can be of any avail. Lúcia: I would like to ask you to tell us who you are and to perform a miracle so everyone will believe that Your Grace appears to us. Our Lady: Continue to come here every month. In October, I will tell you who I am and what I wish, and I will perform a miracle that everyone shall see so as to believe. Lúcia then made a number of requests for conversions, cures, and other graces. Our Lady recommended the constant recitation of the Rosary; thus they would obtain those graces during the year. Then she went on: “Sacrifice yourselves for sinners and say many times, especially when you make some sacrifice, ‘O Jesus, this is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary." The Vision of Hell“As she said these last words,” writes Sister Lúcia, “she once again opened her hands as she had done in the two previous months. The radiant light (which streamed from them) seemed to penetrate the earth, and we saw, as it were, a great sea of fire; submerged in that fire were demons and souls in human shapes who resembled red-hot, black and bronze-colored embers that floated about in the blaze, borne by the flames that issued from them with clouds of smoke, falling everywhere like the showering sparks of great blazes – with neither weight nor equilibrium – amidst shrieks and groans of sorrow and despair that horrified us and made us shudder with fear. “The devils stood out like frightful and unknown animals with horrible and disgusting shapes, but transparent like black coals that have become red-hot.” The vision lasted only a moment during which Lúcia let out a gasp. She remarks that if it were not for Our Lady’s promise to take them to heaven, the seers would have died of fright and terror. Frightened and as though pleading for help, the seers raised their eyes to Our Lady, who said with kindness and sadness: “You saw hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace." May we continue our Rosaries, make many acts of reparation, frequently pray with all our hearts the prayers taught at Fatima in a spirit of reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifferences that occur at this time in the world. May we continue our novena to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel! Below is a video of the damage done at Lourdes....pray for God's mercy! Our Lady of Fatima pray for us! Queen of Carmel, pray for us! All ye holy angels and saints, pray for us! Lord Jesus, Son of Mary, have mercy upon us! Greetings in Jesus and Mary.... Tomorrow starts the Novena to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel....unless you like to finish your novena on the day of the feast...July 8th can be your start date. We are already into July and there is so much to pray for and so much to prepare for. I have steered clear of the news from the Synod of Synodality and all the news of what Pope Francis is sharing with the world.... mainly because it seems to be ongoing and I would have to comment on it almost daily. Today, I have included a video below from Return to Tradition because it helps us to remember what St. Teresa of Jesus (Avila) has stressed about Carmelites and their duty to pray for the Church and its needs with great love and devotion. It is through the prayers of the religious and the faithful that priests, bishops, cardinals and popes will receive necessary graces of holiness for their duty in life. The below video also points out a quote from St. Anthony Mary Claret that God chastises a lukewarm or sinful people with BAD priests. We can not expect that we will be supplied with good priests if we are a people that does not pray nor seeks God's assistance. We must humble ourselves in prayer to seek God's assistance. We must remember that God wants our intimate friendship in prayer....not lip service. We must be careful to pray our vocal prayers (such as our rosaries and novenas) with great tenderness of heart as though Our Lord and Our Lady are standing right before us (because they are). It would be helpful to add sacrifices and fasts to these prayers in order to increase their efficacy before God in demonstrating to Him our seriousness of prayer. A few quotes from St. Teresa of Avila... "What I have come to understand is that this whole groundwork of prayer is based on humility and that the more a soul lowers itself in prayer the more God raises it up". “Prayer is nothing else than being on terms of friendship with God.” "Mental prayer in my opinion is nothing else than an intimate sharing between friends; it means taking time frequently to be alone with Him who we know loves us. The important thing is not to think much but to love much and so do that which best stirs you to love. Love is not great delight but desire to please God in everything." "Before prayer, endeavor to realize Whose Presence you are approaching and to Whom you are about to speak, keeping in mind Whom you are addressing. If our lives were a thousand times as long as they are we should never fully understand how we ought to behave towards God, before Whom the very Angels tremble, Who can do all He wills, and with Whom to wish is to accomplish." "We need no wings to go in search of Him, but have only to look upon Him present within us". May Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us to be true Carmelites. May St. Joseph pray for us! May all the Carmelite saints, pray for us! Bonus Videos on Treason in this Country that needs Prayer
Greetings in Jesus and Mary...
Today is the traditional feast day of the Visitation of Mary. One of the mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary. This mystery is about Mary's visit to her cousin Elizabeth after she received Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit and was told that her cousin is also pregnant. We know from tradition that Elizabeth was up in age and this alone was a miracle. Mary left in haste to go help her cousin and at our Blessed Mother's presence before Elizabeth, the baby inside Elizabeth’s womb leaped upon hearing Mary’s voice, the movement was no ordinary move. From the moment John the Baptist was conceived, the angel already told Zechariah (Elizabeth’s husband) that the Holy Spirit would fill his son even from his mother’s womb. “For he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born.” (Luke 1:15) This is the significance of Mary’s visit to Elizabeth. John’s movement inside his mother’s womb signifies that he recognized the divine presence of the Son of God. It confirms what the angel has told Mary – that the baby in her womb is the Savior promised in the old scriptures. John leapt out of joy because, at that moment, God’s divine grace filled him and he was cleansed from the stain of original sin. When Elizabeth told her cousin that she is the most blessed among women, that’s because she knew Mary was chosen for a special purpose. She is to be the Mother of God – the woman who will make salvation possible. Without her fiat, God’s plans wouldn’t come to fruition. And by accepting God’s will, she has become a Mediatrix between God and men. In the Litany of the Blessed Virgin, one of the invocations is the ark of the covenant. In the bible, the ark of the covenant is a symbol of faith and God’s presence. Just like the ark, Mary is a reminder of God’s presence. Her complete surrender to God’s will makes her a model of faith among Christians. And just as David danced around the Ark of the Covenant in the Second Book of Samuel, John leapt at the sound of her voice because he knew that God’s promise was finally fulfilled. This story not only should bring hope and trust during these trying times in history but they also prove that the baby in the womb is a REAL PERSON. This too is a reason to celebrate of the reversal of Roe v. Wade. May we continue to pray for an end to abortion in this land and in the world. May we ask the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St. Elizabeth and all the saints before us to intercede for us. Most Holy Trinity, bless the world with knowledge and grace of the sanctity of life! |
