The Rosary .... Its Power from God through the Prayers of Our Mother

Greetings in Jesus and Mary...

October 7th is already upon us and we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Rosary.  When my kids were small, there were reasons at times when I could not bring them to morning Mass and I would go myself leaving the teenagers in charge of the younger  siblings. It was a time when I knew nothing of the Latin Mass. I did not grow up with it. I grew up in a liberal Detroit suburb with the Novus Ordo Mass. I truly believe that the Blessed Mother led me to all of my present day devotions. I prayed my Rosary. Well, one morning when I set off to Mass on October 7th, 2004 (I remember the year because my youngest was 6), I came back to find my kids eating breakfast. In conversation,  I complained that our Pastor did not even mention the Rosary at Mass for the feast day. My six year old son turned to me and said, "When I am a bishop, I will teach all my priests to pray the Rosary!" A mother would never forget that!  I told him that he can not just be a bishop....he said he knew he had to be a priest first.  That innocent six year old is now a grown man who has fallen away from his faith and no longer goes to Mass. He is tempted to believe that he was traumatized by religion and doubts that there even is a God. Please pray for my Dominic who there is hope for because he is consecrated to Our Lady and has a deceased holy priest for a Godfather.

These are the times we are living in.... a priest who does not know of the Rosary and a youth who is tempted by the many deceptions of the world. St. Louis deMontfort said that in these difficult end days, if one does not have a TRUE DEVOTION to Mary...one will perish. She is the one appointed by God to crush the head of the serpent! We MUST hold Her hand, wear Her Scapular and pray Her Rosary! WHY? Because She asked us to and God desires it.

In the last apparition of Our Lady of Fatima, October 13, 1917. (Date of the Miracle of the Sun), Our Lady appeared as the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary. In one hand She held the Rosary and in the other the Brown Scapular. Sister Lucia told Father Fuentes, who interviewed her in the 1950's, that the Rosary and the Scapular are inseparable. Also, Our Blessed Mother told St. Dominic that the Rosary and the Scapular would ONE DAY SAVE THE WORLD. That day is today!

We are now in the beginning of WW3 and the next coming months and possible year are going to be very difficult. The Rosary will bring peace to our own hearts and to the world. May we find the love and zeal to honor our tender, loving Mother's wishes and pray Her Rosary daily with great love and devotion!
